“I was extremely happy with the drop off interaction and service I received on my way to the airport on 3rd April. However on the way back I waited an hour in the wind and cold for my lift from the terminal. I accept that there was a mix up and I wasn't standing as near to the pick up point that I should have waited at. These things happen but the attitude out of the woman I called to ask where my lift was left a lot to be desired. She was rude and abrupt and had no understanding of what had happened This was on 8th April when I returned from Spain. I was on a very early flight with a disabled child”

“Great drop off and helpful staff. Pick up not as. Good and the driver not particularly helpful had to load our own gear which he then rearranged while complaining otherwise a good company, let down by individuals who are more concerned with their convenience than the customer!!!!”

“I recently used In2CarParks for a week-long trip to Bulgaria, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The location was easy to find, and the entire process was straightforward. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside for me was that the van had a strong cigarette odour, which was not the most pleasant experience. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was so satisfied with the service that I booked another week for my upcoming trip to Lithuania. I would recommend In2CarParks to anyone looking for a convenient and cost-effective option for parking their car while travelling.”
