“Very easy service to use, close to the airport, drop off car get dropped at airport and then when land back ring the number you’ve been provided and they come pick you back up and take you to your car. 10/10 service.”

“We have used in2carparks many times,unfortunately when getting picked up we waited for 40 minutes in very cold weather,they now drop off and pick up at the free car park where there is very little shelter from the weather,”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sadly Liverpool Airport have made it so we had to change to their official drop off / pickup point which is at the free car park. If there becomes the opportunity to change this, we will do. You can also request that you are dropped at the terminal entrance, there is just a small fee for this which is imposed now by the airport.
