“The parking arrangements are very good. No excess waiting around for transfer to or from the airport. My only criticism is the distance that has to be walked with luggage and children from the airport drop-off point to the terminal. I realise that this is John Lenn Airport's system, not in2carparks choice, but it can be very difficult, especially in bad weather. This issue stopped me from awarding 5 stars. Sorry. I will be using in2carparks again, no matter what and do recommend them to friends.”

“I was a little nervous upon booking due to some of the other reviews and that I was leaving a hire car with a hefty excess but, the service was great. We were dropped off and picked up with no problem, it was all as expected. My only issue was the car park was a little hard to find at 3.30am after a 3 hour drive.”

“I use in to car parks all the time 4-6 times a year but they need to go back to dropping you opposite the submarine, its to far for me to walk from the other car park about 400 yds”

“Service was good, didn't wait around too long, just a little concerned the drop off /pick up point was outside the airport boundary (2-3 min walk) unless we paid an extra payment to get into the drop off point right by the airport”

“Straightforward, no queues, staff were friendly and cheerful and the booking-in process took a couple of minutes. Transport to the airport was fine - takes around 5-8 mins - although you have to walk a little way from where they drop you off which is ok on a warm/sunny day but wouldn't fancy it in winter in pouring rain. When you return they collect you from the same drop-off point, so again, not great in winter/bad weather. We had to wait around 15+ mins to be collected but it was a gorgeous day and we weren't in any hurry so no problem for us. Overall I thought the service was good, particularly as the price was considerably cheaper than other car parks, so worth the money and the short walk! Would definitely use again, but maybe not in winter.”

“Good service to airport. Extra charge for drop-off and pickup near Terminal.. Outbound very efficient. Inbound, fairly good pick-up from Terminal. Car not made available on arrival. Still hiding amongst all other cars. Bit of a delay finding and retrieving my car.”

“Used them for years.good to deal with..Good prices...only problem is...don't like the long walk from new drop off point..and same for return pickup..why not put couple pound on everyone's booking and use the old drop off/pick up point opposite terminal”

“The service on the whole was very efficient and the car park is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. However, for those with walking difficulties to be aware that they drop you off around 500 yards from the airport in a subsidiary car park, which does require a five minute walk to the front entrance if dragging cases and attempting to assist someone who is elderly or has mobility issues. There was also a little bit of a bun fight for the minibus when it arrived to take us back to the car park to retrieve our vehicles as around a dozen people gathered for a minibus that could only handle 6 to 8 people meaning those that didn’t get in on the first trip would have to wait probably quarter of an hour longer to be collected and there was no organisation with regards to who had made contact first. Everyone just attempted to pile in so possibly they could give people an allocation when you ring for collection. One rude young couple of teens jumped into the transit despite being the last to arrive at the bus stop and did leave a very frail and elderly couple waiting who had been there longer.”
