“Everything from booking to picking up car really good and friendly staff. However had unexpected 5pound to pay on pickup from airport. Instead of long walk to another collection point.”

“No problems after we found the park quickly into the bus and away. The bus dropped us off about half a mile away in a free drop off zone which was okay because the weather was mild at 4 ish in the morning. It would have been horrid if it had been raining to have to walk that far in the rain. Also the same on arrival we were lucky to have decent weather for the walk but the transfer was smooth back to the park in all fairness.”

“Used for our recent holiday and the service was good, the only concern was that we where dropped off at the airport car park which is a good walk from the airport building so if you have any difficulty walking any distance this service is not for you.”

“Overall good, outbound drop off of car and trip to airport good and prompt. Inbound bit of a wait, very busy apparently, perhaps needed two buses. Would like to have been picked up at airport drop off / pick up point but this would have increased the wait time. All staff pleasant ,polite and cheerful. Would recommend service.”

“Easy to find and really good value for money. Dropping the car off and pick up was really quick and easy, no wait at the office. Shuttle to the airport was within 5mins of dropping car off, however shuttle back to car made us wait 45mins at 11pm so not ideal. However an apology was given by the office. Shuttle bus was a bit old and rickety, could maybe invest in a newer vehicle?”
