“Difficult to locate.Drop off point is too far from the airport, and we were drenched on our return.You need to negotiate a more suitable drop off/pick up point.Staff were great and obliging. Hope this helps.”

“We have used in2carparks many times, we have noticed a big increase in price for a 2 week stay, and we now have to pay extra to be dropped off and picked up in the car park at the airport, which adds £10 00 to the total cost. The alternative being to walk from a bus stop a good half a mile away, that said the service they provide is good, although they can be late in picking up !! The drivers are very helpful and polite.”

“Whole experience was good. No problem finding it or the parking procedure. Only disappointing thing was when we arrived back at Liverpool Airport we had to wait about 45 minutes to be picked up to be taken back to car park. After a delayed flight & a long queue at Passport control this was not appreciated.”

“When getting picked up it was a free for all to get on bus. Really it should be names called for people who rang first for pick up. No order for passengers to board bus. Passengers left behind who had been waiting 20 mins.”

“Great, efficient service as usual. I've been using this company for the past 11 years. The mini bus could do with the logo on the side so it's easy to identify when you're waiting for pick up.”

“The only suggestion I would make is for big groups of people there was only one mini bus so if there was a family or another group of people it taken a few trips to the airport.”

“In2CarParks are amazing and provide a really good service. They are polite and provide an easy shuttle service to Liverpool airport. I have used 10 times over the past several years whenever I have travelled from Liverpool and I would highly recommend and I will continue I use them going forward”

“The service was absolutely fine, no problem at all, worked just as expected as have used them in the past and will again. The only problem is the long-ish walk to the terminal as against the way it used to work where they dropped off right by the terminal. Appreciate this is down to the airport's monetising the whole system of drop off, not In-2. The same would apply if using the more expensive airport parking.”

“Everyone's super pleasant, helpful and friendly. The service is what it is. It keeps your car safe whilst your away and offers a service to and from the airport at a reasonable price. I've been using this service for about 10 years and I haven't experienced any problems.”

“Only issue was when we returned and were waiting for pick up at airport, when transport arrived it would have been good if driver had announced which company he was picking customers up for as we were not sure if it was our transport or not, otherwise everything was okay”
