“We wasn't aware that you had stopped using the main car park, as a result to this you now have a 10 minute walk away it's not too bad when it's not raining but when raining not nice going into airport wet. I would sooner this to be include in the price.”

“Drop off was fine. Pick up not so good. Took longer than expected. Phoned three times before being transferred to a mobile for pick up. Car was absolutely filthy on return covered in bird muck and debris from trees. No help with putting in luggage in back at 3am in morning. We were very tired Has made us think twice about using your service again.”

“Easy to find. Secure parking facility. Very helpful staff. Excellent value. Transport provided to and from airport ( note : there is a 10-15 minute walk with luggage to and from drop off/ pick up point to the terminal building. Not suitable for people with mobility problems).”

“I would of preferred to be dropped off at the old pick up point , I didn't mind paying for this service , now if the weather is bad you would be wet through before you reach the airport or your car .”
