I've been using this carpark for around 4 years and it's the cheapest and most accommodating. Unfortunately, due to airport prices the shuttle bus cannot drop us off right outside the airport without an additional £10, £5 drop off and £5 pick up, or simply pay nothing and get dropped off outside the airport and walk to the airport and chance the weather.
It would be beneficial to mention this on your website and give your customers the option as opposed to being asked on the shuttle bus.
