“I was very impressed with the way it was all handled from the notifications from texts to the certacy by the surveyor who dealt with it , being contacted prior to the survey to the certacy call after the report was sent , thank you very much”

“RICS Level 2 report The service was incredibly fast from point of request to the inspection being carried out to the report being delivered. Especially considering this being done in mid December. Will definitely use the service again!”

“Easy to arrange a survey on line, followed up by a phone call. The types of survey are explained and all questions answered that you may have. No pressure to go ahead. When you make payment they contact a local surveyor to you. That surveyor then introduces themselves and also discusses what will be done. After the survey, the surveyor calls you back on site and goes over his survey. He provided good advice and was able to allay any concerns. This was followed up by the written survey. Very happy with this service and less costly than estate agents in house surveyor teams.”

“Very nice and professional, good price, easy to booking at a click away. One remark I have to make-the survey was silent, he did not want to give it too much information so the communication was very poor but that does not mean that he did not do his job professionally. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and quick with which they did their job.”

“Great service. Easy to book, quickly confirmed and carried out in a timely fashion. No need to contact agent etc all taken care of. Report produced same day as survey and good quality with explanations. One major issue came up but able to phone and talk it through and next steps. Highly recommend and great price & service”
