“I am writing to you regarding the excellent service offered to me by IAS (Immigration Advice Service) to assist me with my application process for further Leave to Remain in the UK. One of the most important aspects of this was their detailed guidance on the exact document and evidence needed to support my case, which I was able to provide. This was done, in a single meeting at IAS’ London office in 2013 with their immigration solicitor, (Natalie Dolan). Having a case worker to talk to was very helpful, she was very competent and committed to help on my case in every possible way. Also the telephone and email service provided was very reasonable and timely, by reducing the risk of me traveling to Liverpool to meet her was a life saving time and money. She was supportive in completing the necessary pages of forms for UKBA. IAS backed these up with a rigorous covering letter arguing my case both in terms of UK law and regulations and the European Convention on Human Rights. As can often be the case, they were very honest and up front about the merits of my case, dealing with all my questions in a professional and timely manner. The service I received from start to finish was truly excellent. I would like to express my thanks to Natalie Dolan who worked extremely hard on my behalf resulting in me obtaining a positive result. I am very grateful. I can whole heartedly recommend without hesitation the Immigration Advice Service (IAS) to anyone needing to seek out specialist immigration advice. Thanks, Julius”

“In Nov 2015, our son was denied access into the UK on first application via a Cape Town based firm. My husband is British and I had been granted a visa on a spousal basis. The reasons given were no trace of adoption by my husband. We are a blended family and explained this to the company upfront. Clearly they had no experience with "blended families". We were in shock as my husband had already left South Africa to commence employment. He googled immigration lawyers and IAS came up. Got in touch around 11pm on a Friday night. Wow! Got a response to send copy of rejection letter in. Contacted an hour or so after that to advise that a consultant would be in touch on Monday to handle our case! In steps Natalie Dolan, our angel. Highly professional in all her correspondence and communication. We spent the next two weeks collecting pertinent documentation relating to my son. Natalie was quite specific on document and content requirements. This made us feel at ease and that we were in the right hands. Natalie kept us up to date on progress at all times. Even at the airport whilst traveling on a business trip! Customer service at its finest. She handles all the legal documentation completion and sent on for us to peruse/make changes etc. With a HUGE pile of documentation collated - Natalie's overall Covering Letter for submission was excellent! It's as if she totally understood us, our situation, the details and brought it ALL together in one amazing letter. Natalie also gave me helpful practical advice on interview procedures and collation of pack. This was far more comprehensive since than the 1st submission (from the previous company). It clearly showed from all angles that my husband (sons stepfather) and I support him fully and we have full permission from his biological father to exit the country indefinitely. Two days after interview we received his visa! Wow what an emotional roller coaster ride for us. We are eternally grateful to Natalie and also Houri Zahedi who we initiated contact with. We have passed IAS details on to three of our friends that find themselves in similar situations. We will always sing your praises Natalie!”

“Immigration Advice (Liverpoo branch) was very helpful and attentive to our case. We would love to thank Natalie Dolan in particular for being always there for us. She was amazingly accommodating, helpful, and not to mention very responsive. Even after assisting us with our application, she kindly kept in touch to make sure everything was OK. “We had Natalie Dolan as our Immigration Caseworker, My wife is Chinese and I'm from the UK, Natalie had prepared us perfectly!! I have had friends from the UK who are married to Chinese wife's like my self who wanted to apply for leave to remain in the UK for their wives, all 3 of those friends had their applications rejected for their wives. Our application sailed through. The consulate lady my wife spoke to In Shanghai said it was one of the most comprehensive packages put together for a UK visa application. This was all thanks to Natalie's advice. After we had our application approved for leave to remain in the UK for my wife I passed IAS details onto my friends. Natalie answered all my queries no matter what time of the day it was. The service we received from Natalie was worth every penny.”

“We used IAS Professional Caseworker Natalie Dolan for our fiance visa application. We had two different consults with her in the office to get our casework in order and filed. She was also very avaliable via email for us to consult with her if we had any questions or comments about our application. I felt very safe as an American applying for a British Fiance Visa with her handling our case. She was extremely professional, courteous, and always genuinely nice whenever I had questions. I appreciate all her time, effort, and standards she kept while helping us through the Fiance Visa application process. We were approved on our first attempt at applying and now I reside happily in the UK on my Fiance Visa, we will be using her for our future immigration needs and we look at her as a valuable asset on our immigration journey.”

“Very quick thoughtful and friendly service. Advisers are experienced and professional in their giving advise to their clients. They don't claim big promises or paint any rosy picture of their service instead share positive and/or negative examples of immigration decisions by UK immigration authorities. They are responsible however I found the service very expensive.”

“We came to IAS in Liverpool in great distress following months of fruitless negotiations with the UK Immigration authorities which lead to my American wife of twenty years being asked to leave the country. Within the first few minutes of talking with Natalie Dolan at IAS, I began to believe that something may be possible to end the nightmare we had lived for many months and that my wife could be returned to me in the UK. Natalie's guidance and continual reassurance, but more especially her perseverance, resulted in a very speedy handling of our case and the return of my beloved wife to us in the UK. “Natalie Dolan from IAS helped me to put together my FLR application for my wife and was always accessible when I needed her input. Very knowledgeable and very clear - there were so many grey areas that I couldn't clear up any other way and I couldn't have done it without her. “I had an experience with IAS which prove a very good top standard services. A very expert accurate solicitor who checked everything step by step. He did not miss any single required document. IAS provided a very comprehensive effective cover letter in which referring to the specific law was dominant. The work was supervised by senior lawyer who had been satisfied before submitting the application. It was a very good start and end experience for me and I recommend IAS to all who need such services.”
