“Till now everything almost good. The only thing I was missing, was that I was not notified that I had to sign two documents until I requested the status of shipment. This may be improved from your end.”

“Ordering was easy, but would like receipt to be issued straight after payment, rather than a day later via email. Cost of delivery cheaper than our previous supplier, but still expensive. Royal Mail would cost less.”

“Friendly and helpful staff & the cards are of a good quality. We would rate excellent but unfortunately in recent months there has been a higher number of mistakes on printed cards. In addition, we don't receive the cards within 3-5 working days anymore.”

“The correspondence is very speedy in which is most appreciated. I only believe the way in how you deliver the information to the ID card Centre should be more clear via the website. But apart from that I have no issue and staff are kind and helpful.”

“Great phone customer service, listened to my needs, Kate Cleaver very helpful. There was a gap I identified, in that, I knew packs of 25 could no longer be supplied, yet the original quote I received was for a bag of 25. That issue was dealt with by Kate, but I did end up paying more per unit than the original quote, because of the smaller pack size only being available.”

“We ordered lanyards, soft plastic wallets, pre printed ID cards and some hard card holders. All the items so far are terrific quality and I have no reason to complain about any of them. The pre printed ID cards are excellent and much better than I expected. Rather disappointed that our hard card holders have not arrived and I can't understand why this has been left off the order. Had they been here this would have been a 5 star experience”
