“Till now everything almost good. The only thing I was missing, was that I was not notified that I had to sign two documents until I requested the status of shipment. This may be improved from your end.”

“Ordering was easy, but would like receipt to be issued straight after payment, rather than a day later via email. Cost of delivery cheaper than our previous supplier, but still expensive. Royal Mail would cost less.”

“Friendly and helpful staff & the cards are of a good quality. We would rate excellent but unfortunately in recent months there has been a higher number of mistakes on printed cards. In addition, we don't receive the cards within 3-5 working days anymore.”

“The correspondence is very speedy in which is most appreciated. I only believe the way in how you deliver the information to the ID card Centre should be more clear via the website. But apart from that I have no issue and staff are kind and helpful.”

“Great phone customer service, listened to my needs, Kate Cleaver very helpful. There was a gap I identified, in that, I knew packs of 25 could no longer be supplied, yet the original quote I received was for a bag of 25. That issue was dealt with by Kate, but I did end up paying more per unit than the original quote, because of the smaller pack size only being available.”
