Rendering of colour on cards is not an exact match, which means our logo and company colours are not as they should appear. I believe this may have been done when converting the pdf files I supplied to an image file. I did not request a "proof" to be sent to me but it is quite clear that the colours are different, and could be seen quite easily when compared to the pdf supplied. It is a shame, as otherwise, the cards look good.

Cards are fine but the courier used, never delivers and takes my parcel to a far shop. I was in and they didnt even attemps.

Je recommande fortement ID Card. C’est vendeur honnête et la communication passe bien avec eux.❤️🔥 Mais il y’a un problème la livraison dure juste pour deux colis quittant l’Europe ( Angleterre) pour le Togo( Afrique) ça dure plus de 2 semaines.

The quality of the product is good but the overall service is just acceptable. The minimum card order of 10 does not work for smaller businesses. On 3 occasions, I have had to order blank cards to reach the minimum requirement. For example my last order on 28/7/20 consisted of 2 printed ID cards and 8 blank white plastic cards. This cost my business £47.12.

A printed needed to be returned. From the time I raised the fault it took almost 7 weeks for it to be returned, and I had to chance the process as i had not heard anything for a month

Usually the service is very good. This time the ribbons did not arrive the next day. I rang to check why, to be told they weren't in stock when I ordered it the day before. I should have been told when I placed the order or even called back. I specifically asked that they would be delivered the next and was told yes.

Hi Quenby, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, unfortunately we hadn't been made aware that the particular colour you ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer, you should today have a sample of an alternative product which I trust you will be happy with. The website is very frustrating to use as it doesn't work properly - when trying to fill out information it has a tendency to stop typing. Information on the website was misleading and it wasn't until I called someone that they was able to give me accurate information.
