“There was an issue on the website preventing me from entering my international phone number. I called you and you fixed the issue within less than a minute while I was still on the phone. The ordering process was very straightforward. I placed the order on the 5th, you confirmed payment on the 6th, the shipping company collected the goods in the UK on the 8th, the goods are now out for delivery in Dubai on the 10th so I'm hoping for delivery today. Overall I'm very happy, my one comment would be the website says that UPS Saver gives next day delivery by 12 noon so if this order had been urgent, I would have had a problem.”

“Found ID card centre through fotodek website. Contact and customer service have been good. Decent price on the access cards is a bonus. The only problem I have is, delivery date for the access cards ordered I was given was the 16th December, I know it's IS the 16th December today, but, I haven't received my order yet. But apart from that, all good. Thankyou.”
