Spoke to 2 different people had 1st person not helpful, said they would call back with some answers to my questions,on Friday am now Monday still waithng! 2nd person different answers, rude and matter of fact. WOULD NOT RECOMEND

I’m disappointed with the cards order we have made , website stated one delivery date the really is completely different, the card numbers cannot be confirmed prior purchase - not the way it should be advertised and sold on the website. Lets see what and when we receive- watch this space

ID Card Centre didn't want me to buy their products, I had to convince them to deliver them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Due to the nature of the products ID Card Centre sells, we are bound by the Specialist Printing Equipment and Materials (Offences) Act 2015 and we work with the Metropolitan Police and their Project Genesius initiative to prevent the sales of equipment for illegal purposes, and as such we have a legal duty to perform rigorous checks on each order. These checks include investigating company details applied to orders, and due to your order being dispatched to a residential address, our checks were triggered and carried out. As the design was printed on a thinner card, the quality of the output was impacted and as a result the card appeared faded. Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry that it wasn’t a good one. We placed an order with our supplier for the item you require in July, who confirmed these would be due with us this week. As we haven’t received any tracking information from the supplier, we are unable to confirm this and therefore did not want to offer you a delivery date that was subject to change. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can do get stock into our warehouse, but due to many factors including the pandemic, there are shortages of many products. We apologise for the delay and can assure you that as soon as we know when the item will be with us, we will be in touch with a delivery date. We received your order on Friday evening and it was processed next working day on Monday after additional security checks that an international order of this nature require. Your order has been dispatched and tracking details sent to you, but please note it may take up to 24 hours for UPS to update with further information. Placed an order and paid extra for next day pre-12 delivery. When the items did not turn up, I raised a query with the company only to find out the the items were out of stock. There was no indication on the website the items were out of stock when I placed the order. Why would you not make it clear items are out of stock? Why would you advertise a next day delivery option when you can't fulfil next day delivery? Extremely poor.

considering you charge for delivery and the value of your products are not cheap, a delivery trackers would be helpful. excluding Sunday I've been waiting 4 days for a delivery

Dear Greg, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our standard delivery is 1-2 working days (excludes weekends) and so delivery should have been by Tuesday 6pm. Regrettably your item was out of stock and therefore you experienced a delay of 1 day in receiving your order, which is something we did not communicate to you. We sincerely apologise for that and are actively looking at how we can prevent this from happening again. Your order was shipped to you on 03/08 and our system does not generate a tracking number until the goods are shipped which is why you didn’t get an email containing a tracking number until this day. Site would not process my card details so had to re-submit order using invoice and have still not yet received my order.

Hi Keith, thank you very much for your review. We apologise once again for the problems that we were experiencing with the payment option on our website that day. Our MD did actually email you straight away to arrange to take payment for your order but despite us trying to contact you we've not heard back from you and cannot ship your order until payment is received.
