Great phone customer service, listened to my needs, Kate Cleaver very helpful. There was a gap I identified, in that, I knew packs of 25 could no longer be supplied, yet the original quote I received was for a bag of 25. That issue was dealt with by Kate, but I did end up paying more per unit than the original quote, because of the smaller pack size only being available.
