Hi Jason, I've taken a look at the tracking for you and I can see that Royal Mail attempted to deliver your package on the 14th and this is still currently with your local depot. If you type your tracking information (which was sent via email) into the Royal Mail tracking site you'll be able to update the delivery of your package although I can see that this has already been done :) Your order was shipped to you via the free postage method which whilst usually the next working day, it is not a guaranteed next working day delivery service and is a 1-3 working day service. The next working day guaranteed delivery is the £6.99 option at the checkout.
