“Been using these guys for a while without a hitch until recently. Ordered 3 seeds, they all failed, but the free one they sent didn’t. Tried to contact multiple times by email and on contact page to resolve but didn’t even get a reply. Won’t be using again”

“Due to some very very bad customer service from other (well known) providers, I've become savvy! The IHS website said next day 'delivery' not 'dispatch' and so I went for it. Good grief, they weren't kidding! Seeds literally arrived through the post the next day!”
