“Over half arrived damaged/leaking or not working at all. The ones that did work were mild in flavor and lasted around 10-15 draws before tasting burnt and used up. Would not recommend to be honest. I previously bought the elf shisha bars only to find them a bit of a let down in comparison to normal elf bars. I had higher hopes for these.”

“Even though I had an issue with my purchase the customer service was impeccable. A lady named Jess was so quick to respond and help me and it was extremely refreshing. Despite my purchase issue which just happens sometimes, I will definitely continue to shop at ICE they are a great company and I thank them for all of their help :)”
