“I previously gave a reluctant 1 star to get a problem resolved.....and as expected it was not a 'head shop' error but it was a Royal mail error!!!.. Every thing sorted now,...back to a 5 star rating as I am VERY happy with my order..and my delivery. Many thanks 'head shop'.. I will refrain from using 'ICE',incase the riot squad burst through my front door and take me away to Guantanamo bay!!!🤣”

“I really don't want to give one star as I've used ICEHeadshop for a couple of years and every thing has been great!. Unfortunately this year one of my orders has not arrived(as per 13.9.25). I've attempted phoning and texting with absolutely no response?.. I'm hoping,the shop might see this and rectify this issue?. I'm very happy to up date this review,in a more positive light,if/when im happier with this situation....”

“I ordered 5 seeds and received one free one with order. All good so far. Unfortunately only 4 germinated. I am a Grayson I regularly propagate and raise plants. I was extremely disappointed about this and I wrote to ice headshop explaining how I felt. They haven’t had the professional courtesy to answer. Won’t shop here again.”

“Had an issue with delivery to start with, as royal mail had not bothered to deliver at all. Called up and explained and it was fix right away and I got my order the next day. This will be my new go to shop from now on.”
