“Not yet germinated hopefully soon last seeds were OK it was bubblegum”

“Disappointed. Ordered 3 feminised trainwreck seeds and got a free northern lights with them. Once arrived I started germination process into glass of water until the sank and then into paper towel ts inside a plate. 72 hours later 1 seed had popped open which I planted other 3 still had not popped. Another 48 hours and 1 more seed popped which I planted. After another 2 weeks of trying everything possible the other 2 seeds wouldn’t germinate and for this reason I wouldn’t come back 50% of seeds is not good numbers.”

“ive used ice many times and allways happy but the last order came and their own brand seeds are too immature &none will pop,just pale dead not ripe seeds waste of money,i posted the seeds to a friend in a country legal to grow btw”

“Normally I would give a positive review but unfortunately I can't after my recent purchase. Spent over £50 and used code 'ITSCOMING' to receive a mystery bag of free stuff. Received my order but nothing extra. When emailing c/s was told that the deal had expired even though the code was accepted and applied when ordering. The person dealing with my enquiry was very abrupt and said I wasn't entitled to nothing.”

Hi Theressa, I'm sorry you felt you had to leave a bad review, although the code was deactivated along with others on the 12th and you made your purchase on the 14th. I could not proceed to send out additional products as this was outside of the code timeframe. Whilst the code had appeared it was not accepted on the order where it would have been added to your basket and you would have seen the additional product. Apologies once again for the confusion. “Order arrived with items missing and after contacting ice head shop was told it would be sorted. However when said items turned up they were not what I had ordered and just a line scrawled on the invoice saying out of stock . So they have taken money for items I wanted and sent items I didn’t want and that’s the end of it as far as it seems. Not good service at all. Very disappointed as I’ve used ice before and they were excellent ,however not the case this time.”

“I've had CBD from many places, I ordered la cheese and it's not like one I've had before. After looking at the outstanding reviews I thought I'll order some. And I was extremely disappointed it smelt like dirt, and tastes foul. Totally disappointed with my purchase unfortunately I am gonna have to throw it in the bin as it's unusable. Will say fast delivery and the free medi sweets are good.”

“Nothing wrong with these guys. Just would suggest they take dwn there 1to3 day delivery. As 7days and no products still. This does let you dwn and make me want to go with a more reliable company. Not great but great products as usual.”
