Hi, Your order was shipped out on time for you and our couriers handed this over to customs to be processed and then sent to you. We have been in contact via email due to your order currently being processed through customs within your country as this was an international order. “So have been ordering from ICE for years. At first I had to check if they were legit because of the array of products I was overwhelmed !! So I have previously ordered Holy Grail vape pen which was calming but flavourless and unfortunately the H4CBD vape was awful - no blueberry flavour and too harsh. With the Packwoids I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. Has a nice flavour not hempy at all and I am constantly smiling after a few drags so must be working. Knocked nicotine on the head about 3 weeks ago so this has really helped. Icehead always have delivered my products the next day which is amazing and have never had a problem with their service ever. Guys are amazing.”
