“Picking up the keys to my new holiday cottage tomorrow which I bought through a modern method of auction sale . From winning the auction to completion today has taken 10 days. Iam-sold have been very helpful all the way , they mostly answer your calls straight away and don't put you on hold , whoever answers the phone usually helps if your contact there is busy on another call. I was a bit dubious at first as it was the first house I'd bid for at auction I did the initial bidding mysel and then let Sarah take over for the final stage giving her my maximum I'd amount . This worked out really well and I won the auction with a purchase price considerably lower than my maximum bid amount . So all in all really impressed and 10 out of 10 from me.”
