I was very happy with the service i received, very friendly and helped with all the forms to be filled in. They kept in contact every step of the way with phone calls and emails. A very smooth transaction. Would recommend.

I am very pleased with the service from iamsold. We had to sell a house in a different town from where we live but the sale went very smoothly with no problems and I was kept informed throughout. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

I like to thank Dan Stafford especially but the team in general did a fantastic job standing by me to make my first auction buy go most smoothly and we're there for me I think over and above duty to put me at ease where there seemed more than a few hiccups and potential pitfalls that the solicitors on mine and possibly the buyer's behalf were either not aware or seemed it was out of there remit to get right having Dan by my side was most comforting and helped ease the sale through although lengthy due to a couple of circumstances to a positive conclusion thanks again Dan, very much appreciated your a star

Always keep us us informed and up to date with any developments. Were helpful in sorting any problems between the two solicitors and even contacted the buyer on our behalf if necessary. Have just purchased a property through IAM Sold Ltd online auction. Overall process was very good and they are also very good at keeping in touch and updating you on the status throughout. Would definitely use them again. Only downside is I find the auction fees to be rather steep and may put a lot of people off bidding on many properties.

Everything. Overpriced. Lack of professionalism. Car salesman type attitude when property was sold! Not going anywhere near an online auction again. It was out of sheer necessity that I had to this time around!

I wished to have quick sale of my house and that is exactly what I got, from accepting bid to completion took one month. It was done in a professional and polite manner and I was kept informed as each step was completed. My wife and myself are very satified and for someone not wanting a sale to drag out I would certainly recommend yourselves. No

Lack of communication between your departments & solicitors, lack of initiative beyond reducing sale price, not listening resulting in me having to repeat myself to numerous staff members & conflicting information. I also already responded to 2 requests for feedback today, so this 3rd request for feedback says it all really.

Hi iamsold, We bought 215 Dragon Lane at your auction recently. All of your staff were really very helpful. ***** The legal pack already prepared was good too.***** Navigation on website was a pain as the "accept" sign on the cookies info wouldnt go away, no matter how often we clicked it. * £5000 +vat fee was over the top. * Thanks Cath and Will

I had some issues with the purchase were the owner had died so this slowed the sale. I had a call to tell me this but was told I would hear from them regular but this did not happen. my biggest concern was making sure the deal is done in the allotted time I stressed this to the team they said if I were to purchase they would keep up date with me in order to see how much progress I was making but again this did not happen. I once had a query were I was told someone would get back to me but they didn't. I don't have any complaints but a little more communication would have made the service more pleasant.

Should have been completed in four weeks was more like 3 months, I would have thought you would check out the seller of a pdoperty before put there house up for auction .We the purchaser have had no refund for waiting, or a letter of apology. Very dissapointed .

From reviewing this file I can see that an unexpected issue arose during the progression which prevented the exchange deadlines that yourself and the vendor agreed to, from being achieved. Unfortunately with any transaction matters can arise that are beyond our control as an auction service provider, however, I can see that your Sales Progressor used every endeavour to assist you fully and kept you updated throughout. I also note that you were given the option to withdraw from the transaction with a full refund of your non-refundable reservation fee, however you confirmed you wished to proceed.
