“While the wallpaper is of good quality the customer service and delivery service is not.I live in Northern Ireland and the website wouldn't allow me to enter that after many failed attempts I rang to be told the website was down for all of Ireland the receptionist took my phone no and said she would ring when up and running I am still awaiting the phone call and also the delivery charge is £11 which is ridiculous so I will not be using I love Wallpaper again.”

Thank you for your review and feedback. Due to recent changes with the EU and UK trade agreements our delivery services have been temporarily suspended for Ireland. “Fast delivery and well packaged. Was sceptical of ordering online but after receiving samples could see and feel wallpaper was of great quality. Won’t hesitate to order again in the future.”

“Ordering was easy, wallpaper arrived when stated would be delivered, delivery time was quick. Wallpaper is lovely in living room. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from I love wallpaper again.”

“Product wasnt to bad not as good as I thought it would be for £48 a roll. But the most annoying part was using the wall estimate where it told us to order 3 rolls which was way to much we have 1 full roll left and a fair bit left over off the other 2 rolls which now we are sending back but get charged £6 to send it back even though the wall estimate told us 3(i get it calculates 10% over but that was way over 10%)”

“Terrible quality! The wallpaper was thin. I ordered the pink striped wallpaper and now there are white lines all over the gold when hung. Please do not buy!”

I'm sorry to hear your unhappy with the samples ordered from us, samples are cut to a specific size and as they're primarily for colour & texture purposes it's not always possible you will receive a sample showing the full design. “Service was good. Unfortunately the jade monkey wallpaper was very poor,tore when applying,tore when cutting excess,colour came off joins.would not recommend”
