“I would review it if I could. The carriers have lost my parcel. Very frustrating. Carriers had an automated notification counting down to delivery but it was already lost in system. It insisted delivery would be Monday for 4 days. Waiting to hear when I can have a replacement. The pervious order I placed the wallpaper was lovely.”

“Ordered several samples which hadn’t arrived after a week. After emailing I was told some ‘maybe’ out of stock so ‘hopefully’ my order would be sent soon. Very vague responses, no out of stock notifications when ordering & no communication about my order or when it would be received. Could not confirm matches on batch numbers so decided to go elsewhere. Some beautiful designs & colours on the website but customer service let them down”

“I love their wallpaper it’s a good price I must admit I only have samples At the moment and they did take quite a long while to get to me which I think Should be improved especially if you are waiting to wallpaper your walls. The samples I got were of good quality and size and i do like them so maybe I will Use this company.”
