We do have a same batch guarantee on a single purchase, if mixed batches are received we are more than happy to resolve this when brought to our attention as human error can always be a factor. Unfortunately on separate purchases we cant ensure the same batch will be possible, however, when requested we do our up most to match when possible. “Very misleading! We purchased from Australia and paid in AUD. No mention whatsoever during the transaction process or in their Ts and Cs that they: " do not charge VAT on International orders but there are increased administration costs to fulfil international orders, which are inclusive of the price, this is reflected under VAT on the invoice. Import costs are separate to this "The Wallpaper Warehouse Ltd is based in the United Kingdom. Any orders that are received from outside of UK may be subject to import tax and custom charges. Should the customer fail to pay the necessary taxation, any costs incurred for shipping, recovering and destroying items will be deducted from any refunds that are offered."”

“Absolutely shambles of a company. Tell u to request a batch number that you need then send a complete different number. Already opened one original roll so can’t return and request all the same batch number. Ordered numerous times from here aswell. Won’t be using again!!!”
