“Initially Ordered one roll of paper, silly me, I needed two. I couldn't chance ordering another online as I needed the same batch number. Decided to call the company and see if they could help! The gentleman who answered my call was so helpful, phoned me back to say that after checking their stock the batch numbers were not the same but there was an order coming in the next day and he has reserved two rolls with same batch number and would send them next day delivery. He rang me the next day to tell me that they had been dispatched. Apologised that I would have to pay postage. I returned the single roll and the refund was put into my account upon their receipt of the roll of paper. Thank you for going the extra mile for me, much appreciated.”
