“I'm a decorator and a customer wanted a ILW pattern called Fika Leaf. I worked out how many rolls given the pattern repeat and everything and the nice lady ordered them. When I arrived to hang the paper I cut the first length to fit the room then discovered the second length had a "cut here" dotted line running through it. WHAT THE?....I then realised that the whole roll is divided up into four equal lengths, marked to show you where to cut. This, I did not expect. Anyway, it meant I needed another roll and when I phoned for help the man on the phone was very helpful indeed. It's still a dumb gag to play on people. But the service was good.”

“Can’t fault I Love Wallpaper fantastic products at great prices however the courier service Hermes left the parcel in my garden in the rain luckily it was only the cardboard box the wallpaper came in that was ruined . However I informed I Love Wallpaper about the poor courier service and they told me if I had chose next day delivery then dpd would be delivering the parcels and Hermes only deliver the standard deliveries. So if you want to ensure your products get to you safe and soundly in one piece I would recommend the chosing the next day delivery option 😃😃😃”

“The paper is excellent, it's not too thick and not too thin. Goes on the wall very easily, I even got 4 lengths from the roll which I think is quite rare as it is matching paper. I thought that was good.”
