“This company is unable to send an email to advise of delivery? I find this very strange. And also when I rang up to query delivery date the guy I spoke to seemed to get very annoyed when I suggested an email to advise of delivery. Was told " this is not possible" and " you will find all on line retail companies are the same". How does he know? And, actually they DO send an email and tracking number normally to advise of delivery date. This is this first review I have ever written due to this mans manner”

“Having seen the wallpaper when it eventually arrived I was pleasantly surprised. However, I ordered the wallpaper on Fri 28th Feb and paid for next day delivery at an expensive rate of £ 7.95!! but the wallpaper failed to arrive until the Monday afternoon. I ordered the wallpaper on the Friday morning and then had an email that afternoon to say the wallpaper had been dispatched. I specifically needed the wallpaper for the weekend as I wanted to surprise my daughter! If I knew the wallpaper wasn't going to be next day delivery I wouldn't have paid the next day delivery fee!! I will be very reluctant to order from you again,”
