“Wallpaper excellent, how ever I paid for next day delivery and it didn't come till 5.30, there should be time slots available as I wasted a day waiting in. When I rang about it, I found the customer services not much help whatsoever. This was when I was informed it could be delivered up to 6pm.... So it isn't worth paying for next day delivery and the price is quite high for that service.”

Hello We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery service but we are not able to offer time slot deliveries and if we where they would be a much higher delivery charge as this is a extra service from FedEx, Also the the Next working day service is only £1 more then the 3-5 working day service and is guaranteed to be delivered the following working day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
