“I find it absolutely disgraceful that you charge £17.99 delivery for 2 rolls of wallpaper that only cost £10 each. I have bought quite a lot of wallpaper from yourselves previously and was never charged this price. At least Dick Turban wore a mask...very unhappy ex customer”

“Ordered the Lochs Dragonfly wallpaper. Looked lovely until hung, then discovered it showed every seam despite the pattern perfectly matched. It also gave the illusion of every strip looking a different shade even though it came from the same roll. Had to take it all off. Sent back the unused rolls and received a refund on those, but don’t hold out any hope of refund on the used rolls. Cut our losses and bought different paper from B&Q warehouse. These are perfect. Lesson for us, never buy online wallpaper. Totally out of pocket, postage very expensive to receive and return”

“False adverting: Item advertised as 2 pieces for £14.00, only received 1. Complained directly, they advised they know it is falsely advertised and refused to send the 2nd role. The worst customer service I have ever experience”

“10 days still no wallpaper. Replacement not sent when due apparently they called me on a wrong number ( just to add to the delay ) never had such long delivery or issues on line. Wouldn't order again as you have to book decorators / carpets / blind fitter etc all to be delayed until i can rebook them again ! So disappointed.”

“Ordered 4 samples for upcycling project. All posted out folded up so totally ruined and can’t use. Phoned up, most awful customer service ever...no apology, nothing offered, just “that’s the way we send them”. Not using again, even for full rolls due to appalling attitude. 🤦‍♀️😡”

“Ordered the Milan silver wallpaper. The sample seemed ok, but when it came to hanging the quality of paper was shocking, it tore so easily! Couldn't use a Stanley knife on it for edges at all as it just ripped, and it had blue markings on it. Overpriced for what it was...can get much better quality at b&q!!! Beware!”

“Not put wallpaper up yet but great service. Quick free delivery. I paid for delivery because I didn't enter free delivery code.. got in touch with the company and they put the cost back into my account.. very happy with the service 😁👍”

“Not the colour I was expecting and looks like a bad quality print on close inspection. Horrendous to put up, non of the patterns truely lined up. Took about 5 times longer than a good quality paper to put up. Having said this, now it is finally up I don't hate the look of it, just not the white seams where the paper stretched out of line and overlapped. I just couldn't put my self through that process again, would not purchase any further paper from the company and would not recommend. Highly unfortunate as some of the other papers look really good no screen.”
