“Ordered silver Grey paper and it was gorgeous and arrived quickly. Good communication and massive range of paper. Gave 4 stars as can be more expensive and delivery quite high too”

“I recently bought ‘paradise floral (black/pink) wallpaper for a feature wall. Very good quality wallpaper, easy to hang (paste the wall.) I must say it looks absolutely stunning. Almost 3D. I would certainly buy from this company again.”

“Great variety of designs and prices are reasonable. I think the photos on the website could be better though and it annoys me that you charge for samples - Wallpaper Direct give free samples.”

“The wallpaper has transformed our lounge. However, we did use the guide on the website telling us how many rolls we needed. We purchased the number that we were told to and in fact it was far too much! A roll and a half too much. Can we get a refund for a complete unused roll”

“Ordered and paid for wallpaper. Emailed by the company to tell me that my transaction had been identified as potentially fraudulent. No decent explanation of how a fully paid for transaction could possibly expose them to fraud. Cancelled the order, got a refund, bought amazing Graham & Brown paper instead which I’m thrilled with. Better quality (based on the sample I’d received from I love wallpaper), same price. Most disappointing online retail experience ever I’m afraid.”

“I ordered a few samples. One sample was of a panel effect however the sample provided did not show the effect of one panel. I phoned customer service to ask if I could purchase a bigger size and was told in no just go and look online. Then customer service was not great so i therefore never purchased the paper.”

“Loved my paper. Very rock and luxurious and hung very easily. Well packaged and arrived fast. Had a problem with a edge of paper mark on my roll. Reported it to customer service and sent pics. Had response and replies within 24 hrs and once investigated refunded offered no problem. To me that is brilliant customer service and was very impressed with whole online service. Makes you buy with confidence!”
