“I bought a sample and I was expecting it to come rolled, instead it came folded, so the effect on the wall is not the same as it would have been without the folding lines”

“Brilliant service! I ordered several wallpaper samples for my bedroom and they were all delivered within a couple of days. I love all the samples and am now finding it hard deciding on which one to go for. The colours are exactly as they looked on the web-site. I'm very impressed indeed and would definitely use this site again. Thanks.”

“Wallpaper is of a great quality and is shipped out in a reasonable time frame. Having ordered before i have had no issues, BUT on this last occasion i didnt wish to have the wallpaper paste as i had some from the last order, but was unable to remove it from my shopping basket online. Customer service have stated in an email it was `FREE` But i was charged for this paste i didnt need or want.”

“I found I Love Wallpaper (ILW) on Amazon but Amazon did not have the facility to order a sample. I contacted ILW directly, they sent me a link directly to the one I wanted. Sample ordered and delivered very quickly. Even set up a personal log in to site so I can order what I need without filling in my details overtime. Very good customer service would use this company over high street stores, takes hassle out of visiting and then lugging home.”

“Very good website which made it easy to choose the colour and style we needed. Our paper arrived quickly and was securely packaged, luckily we were in to receive it. the paper seems to be of good quality, although we haven't put it up yet. One slight misgiving was that when it arrived the motif on the paper was very big, I thought it was quite small, fortunately I still like it! Perhaps there could be some indication of scale in the illustration.”
