“I got some beautiful wallpaper which looks super expensive, my friend had been looking for something similar and it was £200 a roll, I paid £22 for this. Arrived really fast and I found it to be an altogether great buying experience.”

“Excellent service. Unlike some other online wall paper providers 'I love wallpaper' sent a full width sample which arrived very quickly. Ordering was easy and again arrived promptly and great communications from the courier (even giving a one hour window for delivery). I under estimated the amount of paper required and was able to order further supplies by telephone, which arrived 2 days later. The batch number was not the same as the original, but my decorator had ensured that the same batch would be used on an individual wall. Reason for under estimating was the paper I required was 8 metre rolls rather than the usual 10metre. Not something either or my decorator had realised. Perhaps the difference in length should be highlighted in some way? One roll on the original order was damaged but this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, by following the process detailed by the company. I wish all businesses handled defective goods as well as this one.”
