“Ordered some wallpaper. The courier delivered in a box. I left the box in quarantine for 3 days then had a big shock when I opened the box to find there was only some paper packaging inside ! I immediately contacted I Love Wallpaper who asked for some photos of the box. They offered a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund and had the funds back in my account less than 24 hours after opening the box. Superb customer service and great to know that this is a company who cares about its customers. They even have people who answer the telephone instead of a computer programme. If I could give them 6 stars for the level of service I would.”

“Was very disappointed with the end product as it didn’t come as advertised, there were lots of white stains in the wallpaper. And the worst bit is that the company doesn’t care about it. They didn’t even offer me new rolls in exchange for the bad ones they sent out. Seems that there are no quality checks done before leaving the warehouse. I say very bad customer service.”
