“Great customer service - minor issue with the delivery as I had paid for next day but it didn't come on specified delivery day. When I called up, a very helpful person explained the reason and refunded the extra cost for next day delivery. Would highly recommend them - and the wallpaper arrived in excellent condition and true to its description! Great service!”

“I was happy with how fast it took to recieve my items but when it did arrive one of my items was wrong so was quite disappointed. Ive emailed customer service so just waiting to see how ny situation is dealt with.”

“Brilliant! Nothing negative to say.... I'm not very technical so as usual I got stuck on the order page through no fault of I Love Wallpaper. I used the telephone number they provided and a kind consideration man took my order and payment within minutes. The wallpaper arrived within 2 days quicker than I expected. It was well packed with sturdy packaging. Will definitely use the site again and would recommend it to anyone. 10/10 and 5 stars from me. EXCELLENT!”

“Found I love Wallpaper on line as I have been searching high and low for a soft light plain grey for my sitting room. Found a possible three so ordered samples, this is ideal to get an exact colour. Having decided on my choice I went straight on line and ordered three rolls on Monday and they arrived today , Wednesday. Very quick and easy , no hassles. Thank you , happy customer . I have some days off next week , looks like I'll be wallpapering! - Verona Dawe, Abingdon, Oxon .”
