“I came across this site by sheer chance. I was looking for wallpaper for my living room, I searched for hours trying to find what I was looking for, none of the shops I tried had anything right. When I found this site I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were, I was sceptical at first but gave it a try, the wallpaper arrived in 3 days, well packaged, I was amazed at the quality of the paper. I expected it to be a poor as it was so inexpensive but I was pleasantly surprised, each roll was under £13 but was the quality of a standard I expect from a paper two or three times dearer .l have told all my friends about this site. The choice is brilliant, quality of goods is fantastic, , service is very good all in all a fantastic place to get high quality goods and services, I will definitely use this site again for all of my decorating.”

“Excellent service, would not hesitate in using again. Ordered late Mon evening, cancelled part order first thing Tues morn due to wallpaper ordered not suitable for our walls, spoke to very efficient staff who cancelled the order and dealt promptly with refund. B/account was credited within 2 days as promised and order was delivered Weds morn. Haven't hung wallpaper yet but it seems v.good quality for the price. Would recommend to friends and family. Well done I Love Wallpaper.”

“Poor customer service.Courier service refused to deliver my order after 4pm and ILW refused to contact courier to request my goods be left with a neighbour.Sales assistant very rude.”

“we bought the peppa pig set and we loved it. we put it on our kura bed from ikea and the result is super natural as if we bought the bed with them on it! we also received them in Greece in no time, especially in our first order which arrived in two days! <3”

“Ordered paper online.£ days later attempted delivery by Fed Ex.Left card as I was not home.Refused to be flexible on delivery time and Saturday delivery out of the question.Fed Ex state this is ILW policy. Contacted ILW and despite my request to ask courier to leave with a neighbour they refused and were quite rude.I had no choice but to cancel my order and lost the delivery charge.Very POOR service.”

“As a client in Ireland I have to complain, not about your product as over a week since ordering we have not yet received the goods. Fedex do not operate well in rural Ireland. So all in all we are very disatisfied”

“Very happy with the product. It's the delivery that let the experience down. I paid for express next day delivery. I ordered Friday lunchtime it was then delivered Monday (at that cost I really think it should have been sat delivery) but it was an all day window for delivery! I had to wait in all day. Usually when you pay a premium for delivery you get a 2 hour window. Let the experience down really and I would really have to think about ordering again.”
