“I ordered paper, it came in a completely different colour to what listed on the page/picture. Lucky for me, I preferred the colour they sent me. Problem was that I was half a strip short :( My fault, not theirs. I sent them an email with as much detail as possible; a link to the wallpaper http://www.ilovewallpaper.co.uk/wallpaper-c1/charming-wallpaper-chocolate-brown-cream-gold-17608-p52 expressing that the paper they sent me was a light cream, not this burgundy brown. I asked that they could just make sure it was cream. They said no. I ordered the same way I did last time, surprise, surprise the paper I received was the same as in the picture. So I've completely wasted £12, in fact over £100 pounds, as I will now have to completely re-wallpaper. 1 guess where the paper will not be bought from.”

“really good company this one discovered through ebay was a bit worried about ordering wall paper online being a decorator you don't want to get let down but I had 2 samples sent out to me got them both next day and ordered my quality wallpaper from them at a terrific price. it also offers so more papers than the standard diy shops and better quality too. I WILL defnately be using this company again and telling all my friends about I love wallpaper without question.....thankyou tony smith”

“I ordered a sample wallpaper before buying, and glad i did. The wallpaper was not what i expected. It looked great in the picture but when i got the design as was not pleased with the results. It didnt shimmer or look like the picture. Wont be buying”
