“Gosh, I would really like to give you ZERO stars. For LYING. Because, although I have been trying to make a purchase for several days now (to renew my membership that YOU canceled for NO REASON), I have not been able to, because you won't accept my card, which has more than $1,000 available. I have entered all the numbers correctly, but your system says it is invalid. IT IS NOT. And your support folks WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME. No chat. No answer when I call. So, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I would love to, but you won't let me. Oh, and the only response I did get was when you told me my account was canceled on March 6, but oddly, it was active until April 4. Go figure. Odd that I was still able to use it for almost a month after it was canceled don't you think? Probably because it wasn't canceled on March 6. Can you please get it together and have your support people contact me ASAP? I need to get back into the system to make an actual purchase immediately (I needed to do this 2 days ago when I was shut out of my account and now I am getting desperate!) Oh, and otherwise, I really do like Hypnotic World. If you can fix this problem I will give you a 5!”

“the mp3 you sold me was upsampled from 64kbps it's unacceptable low quality trash that has so many audio artifacts that it is unlistenable, and you refuse to acknowledge my customer service request.”

“I like to read Fromm Books Not Tony screens. Apparently Theo Don’t provide physicals material such as Books or anything. I was very disappointed by this course as you need people to practice on and with being in another country doesn’t give you the practice partners you need. I would not recommend it to anyone not living in England”

“I made a purchase and was not able to access their website. There was an error message that continued to pop up each time I followed the link that was sent to my email. I signed up for the membership and now I want to cancel it. I have tried calling them all day today but no one is answering the phone and I sent two additional emails. Initially when I first had the problem I spoke to Faith, but unfortunately it was late when I reached out and she could not help me any further. I am very disappointed and will contact my bank to stop all payments. Customer service needs to be improved,”

“The person clearly had never skied before. It was ridiculous. Imagine yourself skiing into a log cabin with a fire. I just got tenser and tenser. On plus side I got a refund!”

“The recording quality of the voice is so poor I couldn't concentrate. I am a singer songwriter myself and I know what is involved in making recordings and for the price of this recording the voice recording is appalling. The voice cycles in and out of muffled and unmuffled and sounds like a very cheap recording device was used. The sibilants are irritating because they are so tiny and the treble seems to be set very high. Not relaxing at all. I don't charge this much for a track of music which takes days or even weeks to achieve in a recording studio so why is this poor recording priced so high?”

“i was unhappy with my purchase but received no reply to my email requesting a refund. the script i downloaded was 100% visual imagery written by a man with sexist comments about a pretty hospital receptionist - useless and insulting for a non-visual female client.”

“Bought the gastric band manual. To be honest I felt it was most definitely overpriced at £55! There is just as much of the information in it for free on the internet. I was expecting something that would teach me something new. Sadly I feel I overpaid for very little ! Bit miffed and disappointed really as hypnotic world have always been excellent for scripts and information.”
