Gosh, I would really like to give you ZERO stars. For LYING. Because, although I have been trying to make a purchase for several days now (to renew my membership that YOU canceled for NO REASON), I have not been able to, because you won't accept my card, which has more than $1,000 available. I have entered all the numbers correctly, but your system says it is invalid. IT IS NOT. And your support folks WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME. No chat. No answer when I call. So, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I would love to, but you won't let me. Oh, and the only response I did get was when you told me my account was canceled on March 6, but oddly, it was active until April 4. Go figure. Odd that I was still able to use it for almost a month after it was canceled don't you think? Probably because it wasn't canceled on March 6. Can you please get it together and have your support people contact me ASAP? I need to get back into the system to make an actual purchase immediately (I needed to do this 2 days ago when I was shut out of my account and now I am getting desperate!) Oh, and otherwise, I really do like Hypnotic World. If you can fix this problem I will give you a 5!
