“From good recommendations we decided to view a hot tub at Hydro Active Spas and we were not disappointed. The sales representative was extremely helpful and professional. They asked about what we wanted in a spa and suggested a number of options. We came back at a later date to test a spa. We went on to purchase a Vita Grand. The engineers installed our hot tub today. The process was very streamlined and professional. Would definitely recommend.”

“Overall sales experience was extremly informative and professional. We were very nervous about the crane but all those involved were extremly reassuring and proffesional. Liam, martin, chris and katie have all been amazing and made our experience worthwhile. Katie put herself out on her day off to greet my husband and kids for their wet test which again was very kind of her and left us in liams capable hands to show us the ropes. Thankyou to all involved.”

“Omg this company n it's employees go above n beyond to help you ... bought a second hand hot tub from them 2 year ago as a pain relief for my collaping n slipped discs and they have been absolutely amazing , nothing is too much trouble and they always happy to help ... Most companies these days just interested in selling u their products n then they not interested but as said I only bought a second hand one but I'm tret same as someone who bought a £15,000 one ... that's genuine caring after sales service which is very rare ... Top quality products.. amazing company and lovely down to earth caring employees ... It doesn't get any better than that .... Thanks again Guys xxx”
