“Customer service has been great the whole way through. From Jack ordering in the store answering all our questions. The predelivery survey was thorough and made for smooth process. Josh and Chris for delivery were amazing getting the tub in no issues. Josh was super friendly throughout and answered all our questions and we're very happy with the new tub.”

“Had an issue with one of the air diverters not shutting off! Sent a WhatsApp message to Chris, he called me back immediately and was out the same day to rectify it! That is what I call prompt customer service, such a great helpful guy. Aftercare is on point.”

“Had a problem with hot tub not heating correctly. Contacted the company and Martin one of the engineers called me back within the hour to talk about my concerns. He advised that it would have to be booked in to change a part. 20 minutes later got another call ofartim who said he would be with me within the hour. What an unbelievable service. He arrives changed the part and everything working as it should be. Once again thank you Martin for excellent aftercare and service.”

“Excellent communication regarding delivery. Chris & Josh explained everything in simple steps as it's our 1st hot tub. We liked the reassurance that a site survey was included and all our questions/worries were dealt with.”
