Had a problem with hot tub not heating correctly. Contacted the company and Martin one of the engineers called me back within the hour to talk about my concerns.
He advised that it would have to be booked in to change a part. 20 minutes later got another call ofartim who said he would be with me within the hour. What an unbelievable service. He arrives changed the part and everything working as it should be.
Once again thank you Martin for excellent aftercare and service.
