“I ordered coats online for my daughters and the sizes were wrong. I took them back to the Wigan store and they were so helpful especially seen as I had ordered them on sale they went out of their way to make sure I still got the discount. Will definitely buy from Hurleys again ❤️”

“I am not happy that a purchase of £65,00 will get a free delivery if it is non sale item yet spending £150,00 on sale item I still had to pay for delivery. That is a meaningless policy. The customer service that I contacted was not even polite. I felt the attitude in the mail was very poor.”
