“Good service, slow to dispatch compared to other internet retailers however the customer service responses were very quick as was my refund. Unfortunately the dress didn't go down to xs. Thanks anyway”

“Great service. Did receive wrong size but when checked the size I needed was out of stock so kept the ones delivered as only half a size bigger. Will definitely use Hurleys again ????”

“Overall service is very good, however I was disappointed that a junior size 6 - adult size really - was squashed into a tiny box that much so that the sandal was not in original shape. I had already purchased the same shoe from another outlet, a size 3 for my younger daughter and the box was the same size. So please Hirleys do not scrimp on size of box as potentially could dance the goods.”

“Great product and prices my only problem was returning my item, I ordered UGG boots and they didn't fit so it cost me £12.00 to return them and when I did get my refund from Hurleys they deducted £2.50 as well for some reason so beware”

“Good great products,just a little annoying that you can return to store with a longer refund time given or you have to pay for you own returns which cost me £7 and that was because the size of the item I bought was very small.”

“Good overall service. Was initial delay (items had gone out of stock) which was not communicated but when I e-mailed the customer services they responded within 24 hours explaining the reason for the delay. Once the items were in stock they were despatched very quickly.”

“the online service was great. if im honest the only reason i ordered online was that i wanted to try the boots on with the rest of my outfit and if i'd purchased in the shop i would only have the option of a credit note, whereas the online purchase gave me the option of a refund if they weren't suitable. i had tried the boots in the shop for fit before i purchased them online. Hurleys needs to change its returns policy and id probably spend much more in there, just the thought of only a credit note puts me off spending in there, especially when the purchase is to go with other garments in my wardrobe.”
