“Overall service is very good, however I was disappointed that a junior size 6 - adult size really - was squashed into a tiny box that much so that the sandal was not in original shape. I had already purchased the same shoe from another outlet, a size 3 for my younger daughter and the box was the same size. So please Hirleys do not scrimp on size of box as potentially could dance the goods.”

“Fantastic company to deal with. I ordered a pair of sandals and they arrived before I even thought they may be despatched. Lot of companies could take guidance from Hurleys in their customer support and efficiency. It lifts the spirit to deal with a company that does what it says on the tin !!! Would certainly recommend.”

“I was delighted with the service from Hurley,s I returned my Item twice because of a size problem my fault sadly they did not have the size I needed but my money was back in the bank very promptly so I would definitely use them again thanks for great service Catherine McArthur.”

“I was extremely impressed with Hurleys. Although there was an initial delay in my order i was kept fully up to date with the progress of my order. My boots promptly arrived when they said they would. I found the whole experience exceptional and very refreshing to deal with a company with such a high level of customer service. Well done.”

“Great product and prices my only problem was returning my item, I ordered UGG boots and they didn't fit so it cost me £12.00 to return them and when I did get my refund from Hurleys they deducted £2.50 as well for some reason so beware”
