“Ordered on 3rd November and immediate payment was made by paypal. Sent two emails to customer services with no reply so on 17th November I sourced the product elsewhere and cancelled my order. pretty shoddy from start to finish and wont use again”

“Absolutely love my UGG boots and the kids love their converse. I had a few questions when my boots first arrived but hurleys got back to me promptly and passed me onto the correct people to sort my problem. Will definitely buy from again. Thank you.”

“Good overall service. Was initial delay (items had gone out of stock) which was not communicated but when I e-mailed the customer services they responded within 24 hours explaining the reason for the delay. Once the items were in stock they were despatched very quickly.”

“Item not delivered after at least one month, and eventually returned to you from the postal service. The address I provided was correct, so i can't understand what went wrong. Perhaps you should consider switching to another postal service for deliveries in Greece!”

“the online service was great. if im honest the only reason i ordered online was that i wanted to try the boots on with the rest of my outfit and if i'd purchased in the shop i would only have the option of a credit note, whereas the online purchase gave me the option of a refund if they weren't suitable. i had tried the boots in the shop for fit before i purchased them online. Hurleys needs to change its returns policy and id probably spend much more in there, just the thought of only a credit note puts me off spending in there, especially when the purchase is to go with other garments in my wardrobe.”
