“Really poor service from this store. Stuck in the dark ages and staff have the 'computer says no' attitude. Purchased an item from this store for Xmas and not suitable....phoned store to explain that couldn't return it until beginning of Jan as abroad and told ok by the Manager (received by them on 5th Jan). Low and behold Manager denies having said that and refuse to give a refund only a credit note. In small print they state it's just outside returns period. Beware of small print. Never again. Customer service non existent.”

“Purchased some Ugg slippers for husband, must say I'm not impressed with the finish internally of the slippers and would not buy again. Hurleys were good and when I spoke to a representative she was very helpful & postage was quick.”

“I found a great price on Ugg Boots which was a good deal cheaper than other sites. It's the 3rd time I've bought Ugg's from Hurley's and the price has always been most competitive. Unfortunately this time my payment was taken by Hurleys and then afterwards I was told they had to refund it as their system would not recognise my delivery address. I then had to re-pay Hurleys using the same card but through Amazon-pay. This led to me waiting a week for a refund back from them which was very inconvenient especially just before Christmas.”

“Customer services was second to none, I had ordered a Christmas present for my daughter, it hadn’t arrived in the prescribed time I rang to chase, phone was answered within a couple of rings by a real person not a machine and I was greeted with a very friendly person call d Michelle who must have received lots of queries but did not show any stress and was really helpful and did exactly what she promised, my parcel arrived in time for Christmas, will definitely be ordering again from this company. Very impressed thankyou.”
