“The service is a good idea but every time I have been to collect my items I am left stood waiting and then have to wait longer while the staff find the paper work , which can never been found and I sign on a scrap piece of paper I don't think I will order online again I will stick to the shop.”

“Delivery was very quick, Was worried about ordering childs size 5 but they fit me perfect, (and had abit of room) I would highly recommend order kids size 5 rather then adults size 5. You save a packet.”

“Products were great and received a really good deal on my footwear. Only down side was it was a massive pain to try and get someone else to pick my order up from the store as the staff wouldn't hand my order over even though they had my photo id, proof of purchase and driving license with my address on it. Also not much communication via email about when my order was ready to collect, I work in a clothes shop myself and I know when items are delivered to store customers get an email and text message to say that the item has been order, dispatched and then that it had arrived in store. I had to guess when mine was in store as I didn't receive any messages.”

“Ordered a size 5 as had read boots where small made that was a mistake as boots to big and had to return have to wait for a refund to order size 4 as you can't exchange”

“Really happy with the ugg boots I bought and surprised at how fast they arrived. Also got a first time shopper discount which surprised me how much of a discount it gave me. Really impressed with this site would definately use it again and recommend to others”
