“I ordered a scarf and a bag from Hurleys, the scarf turned up but the bag didnt, after 5 days they agreed to send the bag out to me again but they sent it to the wrong customer, and in the process supplied this customer with my name, address, phone number and email address. I then received a phone call from this customer asking if I had her delivery, which she hadnt got. I would not buy anything from this company again, it has been frustrating, stressful, time consuming and I still didnt get my order with a nice GDPR breach thrown in.”

“I’m so happy I found Hurleys website. I had been searching for a pair of Ugg Ultra Mini for our Son’s Girlfriend’s Birthday present and had been let down by another online retailer, so time was running out. The website was easy to navigate and simple to use and the prices were reasonable. Delivery was fast and free, so another positive part of my shopping experience. Although I paid in full, there were other options available to spread the cost if needed. Thanks Hurleys.”
