“The price was great & when it arrived the product was exactly as expected. Dispatch & delivery did take over a week however, with a lack of communication. Once I contacted the customer service team they dealt with everything great & explained they had been busier than usual due to a sales promotion. I would use again.”

“My parcel arrived on time and the price of the goods was competitive. I was a little disappointed that the slippers were not in their original boxes. They were the right size however but were relabelled on the box.”

“I ordered UK size 12 for this Barbour Trevose Striped jacket. I normally wear a US Medium / 8-10 and this fits me. Haven't had a need to use it yet, so can't comment on jacket's functionality.”

“The size I ordered was not available but I revived an email giving me a option to change size or cancel. It was delivered but the postman didn't leave a note an lied I was not so then had lots of problem to get shoes from postoffice and revived shoes 2 weeks after they arrived but happy with shoes”
