“I made my initial purchase; a 'refurbished' Humax Foxsat-HDR, from Humax in 2010. Never the less, when I had a problem with that unit Humax arranged for it to be collected and a replacement delivered. Free of charge. I am still using that Humax Foxsat-HDR now at the end of 2016.”

“Does everything I want, good design. Only thing I would have liked would it to have would be a scart lead so that I could connect my tv transmitter / sender so I could send signal to bedroom. Have solved the problem.”

“bought this as an upgrade, from an 1800T, I find it a bit more fiddley, but I will get to grips with it in time, like the internet access to youtube,bbciplayer,demand5, etc, found it very easy to install. would recommend!.”

“Already have a Humax recorder for some years without any problems whatsoever. So that alone makes me a big fan of Humax/products. Now bought FVP-4000TGB Recorder for my bedroom. What a product:- WiFi, 4 channel recorder, and skip back facility to watch programmes one has missed. Absolutely knockout product. Will now update Humax box in lounge once my wife and I have watched some of our recordings.”

“Next day delivery with one hour time slot. Arrived in plain white box,not retail packaging. The unit and remote control looked and performed as good as new,and also a great saving over new price. Thanks Humax.”

“This is my 3rd Humax PVR with my first purchased in 2005. Although the interface is different and the remote control has less buttons, I have found everything I need on it. I also downloaded some of the Humax apps to my Iphone (they had some poor reviews on the App Store). I am very impressed that I can now watch live TV on my tablet and phone via the Humax Live TV App. I can also watch programs that I have recorded via these Apps. I do miss the Skip Forward remote button (you can do this but it is not as intuitive) and the File Manager feature in the PVR user interface. All in all I am very pleased with the unit and would recommend it.”
